The Commons offers spacious 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom apartment homes, as well as select townhome-style layouts. A number of our homes have been beautifully renovated with updated interiors, giving residents a variety of options to find the home that best fits their lifestyle.
Our homes do not include private yards; however, select homes feature private entrances and private balconies. Residents can also enjoy our well-maintained community grounds.
You can schedule an in-person tour through our website, give us a call, or stop by the leasing office during business hours (Monday through Friday). We'd love to show you around The Commons!
Applying is easy! Start by visiting our Floor Plans page and selecting a layout you love. Then, choose an available apartment home to apply online or in person through the leasing office. Our team is here to guide you through each step and ensure a smooth application process.
Applicants will need a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of income, and recent bank statements. A Social Security Number is required for screening purposes, along with rental history information. An application fee and administrative fee are required at the time of submission.
Applicants must demonstrate a combined gross monthly income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent.
No. Subleasing is not permitted.
Yes, renter’s insurance is required for all residents throughout the lease term. Policies must include a minimum of $250,000 in liability coverage. For convenience, residents may enroll in our offered renter’s insurance program for $16.00 per month to meet this requirement.
Residents will receive a renewal notice at least 60-days prior to lease expiration. Renewal options can be reviewed and selected through the resident portal, where lease documents can also be signed electronically. If you have any questions or need assistance during the renewal process, the leasing office is available to help.
No. Our community does not offer affordable housing.
Yes. An application fee of $50 is required for each applicant aged 18 and older, along with a $150 administrative fee per apartment reserved. Security deposits start at $500.
Yes. Our team assists residents throughout the move-in process, including lease signing, utility guidance, and move-in scheduling. Once your lease is signed, you will receive detailed instructions and support to help ensure a smooth and seamless transition into your new home.
To break your lease, we require a 60-day notice and a lease-break fee that is equal to 2 months' rent and repayment of any move-in concession (if one was applied).

Residents must submit a 60-day written notice to vacate and provide a forwarding address before move-out. Residents will receive a notice-to-vacate acknowledgment that will include important information regarding final payments, cleaning, key return, etc.
Security deposit refunds are processed within 30 days after move-out, in accordance with your lease and state guidelines.
Security deposits begin at $500 and are based on credit screening results. The required deposit amount is due at move-in.
Water, sewer, and trash are billed separately, though charges appear on your rent ledger each month. Valet trash is a required service at $25 per month, also paid with your rent. Electric, cable, and internet are set up and paid directly through your chosen providers.
Residents are welcome to choose their preferred internet service provider. Options include providers such as Verizon & Spectrum.
All rent is paid online through the BILT Rewards portal. You can make one-time payments or set up recurring payments for your convenience with your debit/credit card or checking account.

Yes. Complimentary parking is available for residents on a first-come, first-served basis. Residents may also request a reserved space—please contact our leasing office for details.
No. Parking is complimentary for residents at The Commons. Residents may also request a reserved space at an additional charge.
Guests are welcome to visit; however, stays exceeding three consecutive days require prior written approval and may not exceed six total days within a calendar month.
We do not offer EV charging stations on-site at this time.
Yes! We are a pet-friendly community designed for your four-legged companions in mind. Residents can enjoy abundant greenspace and natural areas perfect for walks, playtime, and fresh air.

Our community does not offer bike storage.
Yes. All homes are fully-wired for immediate internet service activation.
For your convenience, packages are delivered to our secure Amazon package lockers. Mail delivered via USPS is sent to your home mailbox. Large items are delivered directly to your door.

No. Furnished homes are not available. However, furniture and technology rental packages are available through our preferred partner, CORT Furniture Rental.

Creating a sense of community is important to our team! We host regular resident events and seasonal gatherings designed to bring neighbors together and enhance the community experience.
Yes. Quiet hours are observed daily from 10pm to 6am in accordance with local noise ordinances.
During business hours, noise concerns can be reported to the leasing office by phone or email. After hours, reports can be directed to our evening courtesy patrol.
The Commons is a non-smoking community.
Maintenance requests can be submitted online through the resident portal. To report maintenance emergencies, call the leasing office. 24-hour emergency maintenance is on-call to assist you.
Emergency issues—such as flooding, loss of AC in extreme heat, electrical hazards, or anything affecting safety—are handled immediately, 24/7. Urgent but non-emergency concerns (like appliances not working properly) are prioritized as soon as a technician is available. Standard work orders are typically addressed within 24–48 hours, depending on the order in which requests are received.
